Lows 17 to 21. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph at times. Chance of precipitation 80 percent. Wednesday Partly sunny. Areas of blowing snow early in the morning. Blustery. Highs in the lower 20s. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph at times until late afternoon decreasing to 10 to 15 mph late in the afternoon. Wednesday Night  Mostly clear.
