Moderate and heavy rain will continue to move north through the Brainerd lakes eastward through the Mille Lacs area and across the entire upper Saint Croix valley through mid afternoon. Especially heavy rain...up to an inch an hour...will continue throughout the Pine City...Hinckley...Danbury and Webster areas. Occasional thunder will continue...more frequently in the heavy rain areas. Most other areas will receive a quarter to a half inch of rain an hour into midafternoon.
