... Freeze warning in effect from 2 am to 10 am CDT Saturday...

The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a freeze
warning... which is in effect from 2 am to 10 am CDT Saturday.

* Temperature... from the lower 20s in southeast Kansas to the mid
20s in most of central and south-central Kansas.

* Impacts... the very cold temperatures would be dangerous and
would kill all sensitive plants and vegetation left outdoors.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
