Now At 945 am...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a cluster of heavy rain and snow showers 17 miles northwest of Cheney...or just to the northwest of Fairchild Air Force Base...moving northeast at 15 mph. This precipitation will reach Long Lake and be near Nine Mile Falls around 11 am and Suncrest around 1110 am. Expect heavy downpours of rain...and likely bursts of heavy wet snow that will produce localized accumulations less than one inch mainly on grassy surfaces. |
