Now Through 400 am...low clouds and fog are beginning to develop across the southern Texas Panhandle. The fog will reduce visibilities to a mile or less at times...impacting locations such as Hereford... Amarillo...canyon...and Claude. Motorists are urged to exercise caution as visibilities may be reduced over a short distance. |
