Winds have switched to the west and become much stronger as the Arctic air has begun to move in from the west. The temperatures will be falling slowly through the afternoon with occasional snow showers...especially on the west-facing slopes of the hills. Only minor accumulations are expected this afternoon...with most locations picking up only another inch or so.

Snow showers likely early...then snow showers. Additional snow accumulation around an inch. Highs in the upper 20s. Temperature falling to around 19. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph...increasing to 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Chance of snow near 100 percent.

Mostly cloudy. Areas of blowing snow in the evening. Snow showers likely in the evening...then a chance of snow after midnight. Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Much colder with lows around 10 above. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 70 percent.
