North Dakota... Barnes... Benson... Cass... Cavalier... eddy...
Grand Forks... Griggs... Nelson... Ramsey... Ransom... Richland...
Sargent... Steele... Towner... Traill and western Walsh.

* Until 7 PM CDT this evening

* the area has received two to six inches of rain in the past few
days. Additional rain of a quarter to half an inch is possible.
Overland areal flooding remains possible in low lying areas.

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks, ND has issued a
* Flood Watch for
the Red River at Wahpeton
* from Tuesday morning to late Friday night.
* At 8:30 PM Monday the stage was 8.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Forecast... flood stage may be reached by late Tuesday morning.
