Elsewhere... 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts possible. * Impacts: travel restrictions likely south and west of Susanville including Highway 44... Highway 36 over Fredonyer Pass... and highways 70 and 89. Travel delays will be possible along Highway 395. Precautionary/preparedness actions...
