South winds 10 to 15 mph in the morning...becoming southeast 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. The chance of precipitation 50 percent in the morning...increasing to near 100 percent in the afternoon. Tonight  Light freezing rain...light snow...sleet likely and a chance of rain in the evening...then a chance of drizzle and light freezing drizzle after midnight. Little or no snow accumulations. Lows in the upper 20s. South winds 5 to 10 mph in the evening...becoming southwest after midnight. The chance of precipitation 70 percent in the evening. Tuesday  Mostly sunny. Not as cool.
