Strong northerly winds from 15 to 25 mph... with higher gusts from 30 to 35 mph... will continue this afternoon and will produce wind chill values in the 20s at most locations. The wind will subside through the evening and temperatures will cool rapidly after sunset. Nighttime lows will plummet into the upper teens and lower 20s by sunrise Sunday. Persons planning outdoor activities this afternoon and evening should prepare for the significantly colder conditions as well as gusty northerly winds.
