Now
Expect cloudy skies to persist over the northeastern Prince William Sound region through midnight with scattered snow showers developing from the southeast and moving northwest. Snow will develop over the Thompson Pass area during the mid to late evening. Expect less than two inches of new snow by midnight. Occasional north to east wind gusts as high as 40 mph from Keystone Canyon to Worthington Glacier will begin to diminish through the evening. The combination of gusty winds and falling snow will briefly cause visibilities to be reduced to less than one mile at times in the wind-blown snow.
